Autunno romantico

Quando pensiamo all'autunno le tonalità che ci vengono subito in mente sono l'arancione e il rosso bruciato, il giallo, il senape, il bordeaux, colori molto intensi che richiamano i colori delle foglie autunnali. La palette di oggi, invece, è ispirata a colori chiari: rosa, oro rosato e un tocco di caramello/rame, che rendono il matrimonio romantico e anche un po' vintage. Ecco alcune idee...

When we think of autumn hues, the colors that come to mind are burnt orange, red, yellow, mustard and burgundy. These are very intense colors that recall the shades of the autumn leaves. On the contrary the color palette of the day is inspired by pale colors: pink, rose gold and a touch of caramel / copper, which make the wedding romantic and vintage. Here are some ideas...

La sposa e le damigelle | Bride and bridesmaids

Per cominciare, il vestito da sposa lo immagino di una tonalità nude (rosa o beige) con qualche dettaglio particolare, pizzo, tulle e un bel pellicciotto. Amo davvero molto gli abiti da sposa di Reem Acra dell'autunno 2013, interpretano perfettamente l'idea del matrimonio autunnale e romantico che ho in mente! Bellissimo anche l'abito di Monique Lhuillier rosa della collezione primaverile del 2012. Per le damigelle adoro gli abiti di Elie Saab collezione primaverile del 2011.

The wedding dress I imagine is nude with some particular details, in lace and/or tulle with a beautiful fur coat on it. I really love the wedding dresses of Reem Acra (Autumn 2013), which perfectly interpret  the idea of "romantic autumn" I have in mind! It is also beautiful the Monique Lhuillier pink gown  (Spring 2012). For the bridesmaids, I love the  Elie Saab dresses (Spring 2011).

L'anello | The ring

Per l'anello di fidanzamento o anche per le fedi considerate l'oro rosa, lo trovo in assoluto molto più romantico dell'oro bianco.

Consider the rose gold for the engagement ring, I find it absolutely much more romantic than white gold.

La tavola | Tablescape

Ciò che immagino sono candelabri e vasi per il centrotavola argentati e dorati con candidi fiori rosa pallido, il tutto rimane molto chiaro e luminoso, dunque si può osare un po' di più con una tovaglia color caramello o dorata. Mi piacciono molto i vasi per il centrotavola dipinti con della vernice rosa dorato, un'idea fai-da-te low cost.

For the tablescape, I imagine candlesticks and silver and golden antique pots with white and pale pink flowers, everything is very clear and bright, so you can dare a little more with a golden or caramel color tablecloth. I really like the rose golden painted vases for the centerpieces .

Tra i post d'autunno non potevano assolutamente mancare le ZUCCHE! 

Zucche in tutte le salse di ogni dimensione, colore e forma... sono le regine di questa stagione! In questo post mi soffermerò in particolar modo sui colori caldi dell'autunno, a cui seguiranno post ispirati a colori più tenui. 

PUMPKINS are the elements that inspired me for this post!

Pumpkins in all the sauces: every size, color and shape ... are the queens of this season! In this post I will focus especially on warm autumn colors, then a post inspired to pale colors will follow this.

Le zucche sono un elemento decorativo eccezionale, si possono utilizzare per decorare la navata, nel bouquet, come porta fedi nuziali, come centrotavola, come escort card e segnaposto! 

Pumpkins are a great decorative element, you can use to decorate the aisle, in the bouquet, such as wedding rings bearer, as centerpieces, as escort cards and placeholder cards!

  

Un insieme di zucche poste all'entrata del luogo di ricevimento all'accoglienza degli ospiti crea la giusta atmosfera autunnale, oltre ad essere un bello sfondo per i photo booth!

A pumpkin patch placed at the entrance of the reception venue to welcome the guests creates the right autumn atmosphere, as well as being a nice background for the photo booth!

Sulla tavola non possono mancare zucche di ogni forma dalle più piccole utilizzate come segnaposti o escort cards o per numerare i tavoli, a quelle grandi usati come "vaso" per i fiori del centrotavola (su The Full Bouquet Blog potete trovare il tutorial per realizzarlo).

Anche nel menù le zucche sono "versatili" dal salato al dolce le ricette sono infinite! Dalla zuppa di zucca alle torte di zucca, le ciambelline di zucca ricoperte di glassa.

Even in the menu pumpkins are "versatile" from salty to sweet recipes: from pumpkin soup to pumpkin pies and the pumpkin donuts covered with icing and pumpkin spice lattes.

E se la zuppa non basta a riscaldare i vostri ospiti, allestite un angolino con copertine da poter utilizzare!

And if the soup is not enough to warm your guests, set up a corner with blankets!

Infine ecco quattro proposte per la wedding cake: due bianche con zucche e le altre due adornate con foglie di pasta di zucchero colorate, sono tutte decisamente di effetto, ma la mia preferita in assoluto è la seconda bianca con un ripiano di diverse sfumature di arancione!

Finally, here are four suggestions for wedding cakes: two white with pumpkins and the other two adorned with colored leaves made of sugar paste, my absolute favorite is the second white with a different shades of orange.

E come wedding favor amo quest'idea che arriva dagli USA: il kit per preparare gli s'more, che consistono in un marshmallow riscaldato posto tra due biscotti insieme ad uno o due strati di tavolette di cioccolato, questo dolce viene associato al campeggio quindi l'ideale sarebbe allestire anche dei piccoli focolari all'aperto o se c'è un camino dove arrostire i marshmallows!

Even if your reception isn’t on a campground, consider a fire pit paired with mini s’more kits. Guests can bond while roasting their mallows!
